In cases of “Change of Mind” or when the product is no longer required, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

In situations where the return is due to our error or a verified issue, Icon Byte Systems will cover the return shipping costs and ensure a smooth process.

Refund Options & Processing Time

Customers may choose between:

Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. You will be notified via email once your refund has been initiated.

Restocking Fee

A 25% restocking fee may apply under the following circumstances:

  • Returns made beyond the eligible return period

  • Returns due to change of mind

Damaged or Defective Products
