Return Eligibility
Most products may be returned within 30 days of delivery unless otherwise stated on the product page.
To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in their original condition, including original packaging, accessories, manuals, and documentation. Proof of purchase may be required.

Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to a change of mind or the item is no longer needed, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect, Icon Byte Systems will cover the return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 14 days if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
After reviewing the issue, we may provide a replacement, repair, or full refund as appropriate.
Restocking Fees
A restocking fee of up to 25% may apply in certain situations, including:

No restocking fee will apply to verified defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items.
Final Sale Items
Products marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund. These products will be clearly identified on the product page before purchase.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Where applicable, store credit may also be offered.
Refunds are typically processed within 5 to 7 business days after the return has been approved. Depending on your financial institution, additional processing time may apply before the funds appear in your account.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend returning the original product and placing a new order once the return has been approved.
